I help owner-managed businesses gain clarity, structure, and momentum—drawing on nearly 30 years of experience, global brand success, and a proven ability to deliver fast, effective results tailored to the realities of family-led firms. My career began at R.J. Reynolds, followed by Nobel Industries and Nike, where I launched their indoor court footwear line. I later returned to Ireland to develop Dubarry’s world-class sailing footwear, then transitioned into consulting to support owner managed manufacturing businesses.
My work combines hands-on business experience with strong academic grounding sharpened by an Executive MBA and a PGDip. in International Selling. I’ve worked extensively I’ve worked across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, and speak fluent German. I have given back through voluntary and honorary roles with CIF in Cork, IBEC (SFA) Telecoms Policy Committee and my local community and school.
I’m also passionate about craftsmanship. I race my great-grandfather’s restored 30-foot wooden gaff cutter, Lady Min which, now over 120 years old, wins races against modern boats a fraction of her age!
